How can I file a complaint against workplace harassment?

If you have experienced workplace harassment, you should report the matter to your employer or the organization's designated grievance mechanism. In cases of sexual harassment, every eligible employer is required to constitute an Internal Committee (IC) under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
